What can you expect from an individual project appointment with Plancox?

  • Development of feasibility and strategic project programming.

  • Our team help minimise early procurement related delays by the development of Tender Event Schedule in a timely manner and aligning the Cost Breakdown Structure with the Work Breakdown Structure.

  • Our team Compiles Target and Contract programmes and accepted programmes, allowing us to review the project and to establish the work breakdown structure, sequencing, logic, phasing and constraints. When the project delivery is in-progress, we provide the progress monitoring and reporting necessary to keep our clients informed of project performance.

  • Where EVM is required, for the project or projects, we work closely with the commercial team to first align the Work Breakdown Structure with the Cost Breakdown Structure, fully cost-load the programmes, then generate an EV baseline against which project performance can be measured. Afterwards, a spending profile can be integrated into the project programme from which the Earned Value would be calculated.

  • Where required, we conduct delay Analysis by using impacted as-planned, and as-planned versus as-built techniques, time-impact and analysis of critical path. This is done by using supporting documentation, investigating project records and interviews with key personnel where possible.
